Yoga at BNS Iyengar at Mysore
BNS Iyengar opened Sri Patanjala Yogashala (R) Vinyasa Asthanga Yoga Research Institute on 18 april 1984, at Parakala Mutt in Mysore. Shree Patanjala Yogashala was inaugurated by Vidwan Shree.k Pattabhi Jois. The head of the mutt, Sri Sri Swamy Ramunuja, conferred on him the title of yogavisharada.
